Cross Stitch Treasure Box

Thursday July 6, 2006
Cross Stitch Treasure Box My niece will be visiting me later this week. Since we only get to visit a couple of times a year, I try to have a special gift for her when she comes. This year I made her a little Cross Stitch treasure box. She's at the age where glitter and sparkle is important, so I used beads, sequins, and metallic rick rack to spice up the box. For a more subdued look, alter the design and trim and create a recipe box, a jazzy address file, or even a jewelry box. The possibilities are as wide-open as your imagination.
