Free Happy Halloween Cross Stitch Pattern

Tuesday September 11, 2007
Detail from Free Cross Stitch Pattern -Happy Halloween Saying This Happy Halloween pattern may be stitched as an outline with back stitch or filled in with the basic stitches used in cross stitch as shown. Or, you can alternate outline and cross stitch letters. When you stitch this design with the letters filled in, you may want to use one size smaller needle than usual due to all the quarter stitches. (In the image at right, the quarter stitches are evident.)This pattern is a little tricky to stitch if you are not used to quarter stitches, so take your time and get in a lot of practice while you create this spooky saying.
