I have been trying to finish some projects this week, so I have been doing more stitching than usual for me. I usually stitch every day, but the length of time depends on what else is going on in my life.

I find that I stitch as often as I can ( in my stitching groups and on my own) – but this can be very variable. The choice in the poll re: “whenever I’m stressed ” I find very interesting – because there are times when I DO go and stitch when I need ’space or relief from stresses ‘ and it does calm – have read that one’s blood pressure can experience a lowering during handwork … so there’s something to it !
