Poll - Do You Travel With Your Cross Stitch?

Sunday July 20, 2008
When I am getting ready for a trip, one of the first things I do is choose the projects I will take with me. When planning a recent trip to the beach, I wondered if I should take my project where it might come into contact with things like sand, suntan lotion, and my six-year-old nephew's grubby paws. I decided to take a project that I am stitching on black fabric to work on in the evenings. It is small, so if it were destroyed, I wouldn't be devastated and I hope the black fabric will mean grubby paws aren't a danger.

What about you? Do you travel with Cross Stitch? Vote in the poll and let us know. Use the Comments section below to tell us about it.

I definitely take my stitching on the road! Recently when I had to travel to my Chemo-Therapy sessions I took my project bag with me and it gave me a great thing to pass time while on the IV for 6 hours.
