Cross Stitch Tips - Use Unusual Objects to Help With Stitching
Thursday September 18, 2008
I have a lot of stitching gadgets I use to help me with my projects. Some of them were designed specifically for Cross Stitch. Other items were recommended by other stitchers, and some I just figured out on my own. One of my favorite items are magnetic strips - I use them to corral my needles - and to find them when I drop them on the floor!
Many of the tips sent in by stitchers involve unusual items. For example, some of you may recognize the item pictured at right - it's a nursing pillow. What do a nursing pillow, dryer sheets, and plastic sheeting have to do with Cross Stitch? Read the tips featured this week and find out! If you have a great tip about Cross Stitch, send it in so I can share it with other stitchers. The problem you solved may help another person avoid frustration! Submit Your Tip Today.
