Free Madeleine L'Engle Hope Quote Pattern

Everyone who knows me well is aware of my affection for Madeleine L'Engle's books. I remember the first time I checked out A Wrinkle in Time from the school library. I also remember staying up late and reading more of the Time Quartet at a friend's house - I had not realized there were more books in the series. Now, I have read all her fiction books with the exception of Ilsa which is out of print and out of my price range on eBay. I was saddened when she passed away. No more new books to look forward to, but I have plenty to re-read and share with my niece and nephew as they grow up.

I found a quote from A Wrinkle in Time about hope inspiring, so I decided to chart it using the Art Deco X motif in the design. I stitched the free Madeleine L'Engle Hope Quote Pattern using Soie Cristale floss from Caron Collection on Delft Blue Aida fabric from Charles Craft.
