Cheryl Fall, About.com Guide to Needlepoint, is adding lots of new patterns over on her site. The wonderful thing about Needlepoint is that the patterns are often suitable for use as Cross Stitch (and vice versa). I wanted to highlight a few of them.
The design shown here is the Swedish Ornament Pattern. It looks great as a needlepoint ornament, but I can also see it done in whole cross stitch and of course, I am thinking variegated flosses for the two main colors because those are my favorites.
