Sometimes I wonder - Am I successful? In the eyes of the world, probably not so much. In my eyes, yes, I am. I have a job I love. I have all I need and even some things that I want. I've friends and family I enjoy spending time with, I am proud Dog-mother to Girlie, wife, aunt, and so on. I may not be the smartest, most beautiful, person, rich or even famous, but I have succeeded in surviving. And, along the way, I have learned that success doesn't necessarily mean what I thought it did when I was that High Schooler way back when.
I find the saying in this sampler so true. "The road to success is always under construction." No matter how you define success, it is not a place at which you arrive. It is a part of the on-going journey of life. That is what I believe at any rate. What does success mean to you?
Stitch the free Road to Success Cross Stitch Sampler as a colorful reminder that the journey toward success is constant. Or, use the elements from the sampler to create your own (successful, of course) project.

That’s lovely, Connie – both the sampler and the sentiment.
Love both the saying (SO true, and so easy to loose sight of in the shuffle we call life) and the sampler!!
So true, sometimes every breathe, every step or every blink of an eye is a special sucess.
