Greek Cross Cross Stitch Chart

It's a little early, but Easter will be here before we know it. Because I was raised in a Protestant family, when I think of Easter, no matter how much I think of eggs and bunnies, inevitably I will think of crosses. And because I am a history buff, I will end up thinking of all the various types of symbolic crosses.

One of my favorites is the Greek Cross which has four arms of equal length. It is an ancient symbol that predates Christianity and a red Greek cross on a white background is used as the symbol for the Red Cross Organization.

In the free Greek Cross chart the cross is subtle. In fact, you can even stitch this design in a manner that the Greek Cross is not evident at all, if you so desire.
