Place the outer ring over the inner ring sandwiching the fabric between the rings.
  1. Separate the Rings of the Hoop
  2. Fabric Size
  3. Place the Fabric over the Ring
  4. Loosen the Outer Ring
  5. Sandwich the Fabric Between the Rings
  6. Tighten the Adjustment Screw
  7. The Fabric is in the Hoop
