If the fabric is centered, tighten the adjustment screw slightly.
  1. Separate the Rings of the Hoop
  2. Fabric Size
  3. Place the Fabric over the Ring
  4. Loosen the Outer Ring
  5. Sandwich the Fabric Between the Rings
  6. Tighten the Adjustment Screw
  7. The Fabric is in the Hoop
