Apryl submitted this photo of a birth record she stitched to commemorate the birth of her first child. She describes why the Noah's Ark birth record is so special to her. "I have cross stitched on and off since I was a teenager but I wanted to do something really special for the birth of our first child. I bought this Noah's Ark theme counted cross stitching pattern from Michael's Arts and Crafts. It took about 6 months of me working it on almost every night to complete. It was a great way to pass the time during pregnancy and it now hangs in our baby's nursery. We look at it every day and it brings back so many great memories of settling into bed every night with my cross stitch!"
