Marty submitted this photo of an ornament she made using the free Rose Window pattern. Here's the story of the project. "My cousin loves the color purple, so for Christmas I made her 12 ornaments. All in purple. No, there were no purple wreaths or other normal ornaments. Mainly I used quilt square patterns. Our Connie had designed this one called a "Rose Window". So I used her design in light purple, then back stitched parts of the design in a darker purple. Needless to say this is one of my cousin's favorites. She even bought a small tree to go her dresser so she could hang all her purple ornaments there and see them when ever she likes."
