Stitched Model of Free True Friend Saying Counted Cross Stitch Chart

Inspiration: A Government Mule song caught my ear and my imagination. (My sweetie is a bit deaf, so the song was pounding in my head at the time.) The actual lyric was "A true friend is hard to find." I changed it up a little bit.

Pattern Name: A True Friend Saying
Fabric Used: 11-count white Aida fabric
Floss: Two strands of DMC six-strand embroidery floss Color Variation two was used.
Stitches Used:
Cross Stitch | Back Stitch
French Knot or substitute a straight stitch
Alternate Ideas:
Substitute a cross stitch variation for some or all of the cross stitches in the design.
