Stitched Model of Welcome Friends Sampler - Incorporates Alphabet Block Sampler

Inspiration: This Welcome Friends Sampler design is intended as a gift for my sister, if she likes it. (If she doesn't, I will keep it for myself.) I didn't opt for these colors to match a specific decor; I just selected them because they looked good together and coordinated with the fabric I used. One thing I would change if I stitch it again - I didn't notice that I formed the D and the O the same - a rookie designer mistake.

The Welcome Friends Sampler incorporates the Alphabet Block Sampler with a saying and a border.
Fabric Used: 14-count sage green Aida fabric
Floss: Two strands of DMC six-strand embroidery floss
Floss Colors: DMC 935 (green), DMC 3740 (purple), and DMC 3750 (blue).
Stitches Used:
Cross Stitch
Back Stitch
Alternate Ideas:
Substitute a cross stitch variation for some or all of the cross stitches in the design.
