With the flat fold open and the inside facing up, fold the free end of the band 1/2 inch in towards the flat fold. (Refer to the image.) Press to crease, then secure the folded end with a small piece of adhesive tape.
To apply the Velcro, separate the two pieces and glue the fuzzy side to the end of the band with a glue gun.
Again, using the glue gun, apply the hook side of the Velcro to the bottom edge center of back as shown.
