Fun charts to stitch for the fan of Egyptology in your life. Many of them may be stitched with the floss colors of your choice.

Welcome friends to your home with a stately pair of Egyptian cats and a Welcome in an obelisk-styled "Welcome". Or, stitch one or both of the cats for other projects.

2. Ankh Symbol Cross Stitch Pattern

Stitched in whole cross stitch in the color of your choice, this design is simple enough for a beginner. Use variegated floss to make it more challenging for a long-time stitcher.

3. Eye of Ra Cross Stitch Pattern

The Eye of Ra was painted on boats of Egyptian fishermen for protection. Stitch your own version to add some protection and interest to your home. Use gold metallic floss on dark fabric for a real eye-opener of a project.

4. Eye of Horus Pattern

Horus is the Egyptian falcon-headed god. This symbol is similar to the Eye of Ra. Both were used as symbols of protection.

5. Coptic Cross Pattern

Many of Egypt's Christians are Coptic Christians. This cross is frequently used as a symbol of that faith.
