Directly below the first row of cross stitch blocks, start the second row of blocks by stitching a block with two strands of DMC 350.
Continue stitching blocks of cross stitch until you have completed a second row of cross stitch blocks. In the model, the second block in row two was stitched with DMC 353, the third with DMC 699, and the fourth with DMC 702.
