Complete the First Stitch

For this lesson, you will need the stitched line of back stitch from How to Back Stitch - Lesson One.

Begin the second side of the square by bringing the needle up in the first empty hole directly up the end of the original line of back stitch. Complete this stitch just as in Lesson One.
  1. Complete the First Stitch
  2. Begin a Second Back Stitch
  3. Complete a Second Back Stitch
  4. Complete the Second Side of the Back Stitch Square
  5. Begin the Third Side of the Back Stitch Square
  6. Continue Stitching Back Stitches
  7. Complete the Fourth Side of the Square
  8. The Completed Back Stitch Square
  9. Clip the Waste Knot and Secure the Floss
  10. Lessons Three and Four
