To learn to stitch woven back stitch, you will need:

Cut a short length of floss and thread the needle. Start the stitch with a waste knot or secure the floss by weaving the floss end behind the back of the first few stitches. Stitch a line of back stitch fourteen stitches long. Secure the floss.
