| About Cross Stitch Photo Album Submission GuidelinesShow Us Your Cross Stitch! About Cross Stitch Photo Album Submission Guidelines: - Save the photo as a .jpg file. If possible, use re-size or re-sample in a photo editing or graphics package to change the size to no more than 600 pixels squared.
- The file size should be no larger than 80KB, but ideally no more than 35KB. The larger your file, the longer it takes to load, and people may not have the patience to wait. If you are using a digital camera, set it to the lowest resolution. Also, check to see if your photo editing program has a "save for the web" feature.
- To submit a photo, you must fill out this submission form, then submit your photo as an email attachment. Make sure that you put the words "Photo Submission" in the subject line of your email.
- Be sure to attach your photo to the email before you submit the email. The best way to remember this is to add the attachment first.
- In the body of the email, include the name of the design and your name so that I can match the submission forms and the emailed photos more quickly.
- If you want to submit more than one photo, please fill out a form for each one.
- Photos with dates, blurry photos, and photos taken at extreme angles are not acceptable. Avoid using a flash when taking photos of framed Cross Stitch.
