How to Cross Stitch With Textured Floss

If the textured floss is not washable, then you will want to add it last. That way you can wash the project before you add the textured floss, if necessary to remove any small stains or grime.

I chose to stitch the Black Cat and Moon Halloween Saying with FurTaStitch, substituting black FurTaStitch for the DMC 310 used as the cat's fur.

I completed the moon background before I started with the FurTaStitch, and ironed the fabric to remove any wrinkles. This was especially important since FurTaStitch should not be ironed.
