After stitching is complete, arrange and adjust the fibers as desired using a small brush. I used the small end of my Judy's Boo Boo Stick to make my feline more fluffy and to make his fur stand straight up. A clean, soft toothbrush would also work.

Textured flosses may also be used in several other ways. Instead of stitching the whole cross stitch, the bottom stitch could be done with cotton, silk, or rayon floss and the top half stitch done with the textured floss. Or the floss could be combined with one or more strands of cotton, silk, or rayon floss.

Additionally, instead of stitching cross stitch or other embroidery stitches with the textured floss, it could be applied to the project by using the couching method. This would be a better method for more fragile or thicker textured flosses because all the floss would remain on the top of the fabric.
