This corner of the room houses my floss storage area. I use the Stitch Bow system, floss bobbins, craft boxes, inexpensive pencil boxes, and plastic bags to store the various types of floss I use. I also have boxes of beads, trims, and ribbons. I was lucky enough to find some storage boxes that are the perfect size to hold craft storage boxes when turned on the side. The dresser (which was my paternal grandfather's) is large enough for rolls of fabric that do not fit in the sideboard.
I use the dry erase board to plan and to note which floss colors I need. I have multiple skeins of every color of DMC six-strand embroidery floss. But, when I start a project, there always seems to be one color that I cannot find - even when I go search through all the other projects I have going.
