When using bag storage systems, sometimes the bags are a little awkward to control. If the floss is staggered and shifted in the bags, they will lay flatter.
One tip - Be certain to close the bags when you remove or replace floss so that your floss is not dumped out when you shift bags around. (I changed my bags around so that the opening was at the top instead of the bottom of the binder.)
