Members of the Cross Stitch Forum were asked for tips for lefties. The general consensus seems to be that stitchers should discover what works and go with it, remembering that all stitchers should keep the tops of the cross stitches going in the same direction. Although I am right-handed, I have always stitched with both hands to avoid fatigue. (The larger stitcher's callous on my right hand is evidence of which hand is used most, however.)
