Elisheva's Tip for Placing Fabric in Hoops and Frames

Invert the Hoop or Frame for Easier Access

By Connie G. Barwick, About.com

Elisheva has a suggestion about placing fabric in a hoop.

She writes, "I read with interest your comprehensive description of putting Aida into a hoop. I suggest that the working position of the hoop and frames be inverted. Since most of the work is done from the back, this will give easier access to starting, fastening off and weaving threads through other stitches. I truly find it so much easier."
