Eva's Tip about Using a Drop Cloth

Quickly Protect Stitching From Dust When Using a Frame

By Connie G. Barwick, About.com

Eva, aka the Dragon Lady, posted this tip in the Cross Stitch Forum:

Since Eva uses a large frame when she stitches, she protects her stitching as follows:

"I bought a heavy chunk of plastic from the hardware store (they called it drop cloth) to put over the stitching to keep the dust off while it sits between sessions. That way I can see it, and I don't have to put everything away each time. I tend to stitch more often because it is easy to just pick up the needle and work."
