Jac's Needle Organization Tip

By Connie G. Barwick, About.com

Jac submitted this tip about how she keeps her needles and floss organized for projects with many colors. She explains: "Thread the needles for a project and store in a Pako needle organizer. Number your index in the thread order and number the card on the needle holder in the same order. This saves having to write different codes or symbols each time you start a new project. Using the needle organizer saves a lot of time. No need to re-thread needles as you stitch, especially if you are using tweeded colours or doing blending of threads."
