Mini's Tip on Keeping Your Place

By Connie G. Barwick, About.com

Mini tells how she keeps her place on her fabric. She writes, "Using a gel pen, mark the position of each color code on the fabric wherever it is located before starting to stitch that particular code. Make sure that the markings are just big enough to see well, not too bold. Use a pen with a permanent ink that will not run color while washing your finished product."
