Patsy's Portable Project Tip - User Submitted Cross Stitch Tip

Store Floss and Projects in a Compact, Portable Unit

By Connie G. Barwick, About.com

Patsy shares how she makes her Cross Stitch projects portable. She explains her method.

"I have two fishing tackle boxes--the small kind that have a close-able lid on both sides. The larger one I use for all my non-active floss stored on the spool cards in numerical order. The smaller one is a project box that I have all the colors for the project that I am working on. I have a cloth bag that I carry it, my pattern, project and magnifying glass in. I go to doctor's office visits and don't have to read a magazine I really am not interested in."
