Jodi posted this tip in the About.com Cross Stitch Forum. She submitted photos to illustrate her tip, so we could share it with everyone. Jodi explains her floss organization tip:

"In the office supply stores, you can buy index card dividers that are a hard plastic. I cut the tab off the top and then punched two holes in the top of the card (for holding loose leaf binder rings to keep the cards together) and punched 6 holes in the bottom. Then I use small removable labels to write the floss color number and the symbol on. This way, I can remove the labels and reuse the cards. The dividers are also in 5 different colors, so I can use multiple cards for multiple projects and keep them all straight!"
