Paula shares her method for an easy start when using two threads. She writes, "Use one long piece, loop it with the ends even. Thread your needle with the loop hanging longer than ends. Push up from the back leaving loop hanging and back down to back. Put your needle through the loop on the back to secure the first stitch, then adjust the length so your not having to pull so much thread through the
hole. Adjust the length as you stitch being sure you don't end up with 4 threads instead of two.
