Karen's Needles and Waste Canvas Tip

Karen sent in this great tip on using waste canvas on sweatshirts and t-shirts. She writes, "I find when using waste canvas on knitted items - such as sweatshirts or t-shirts- it is better to use a tapestry needle because you want the thread to go between the threads rather than pierce the thread. Try it. Now if I stitch on regular fabric use the chenille or embroidery needle."
