From a Stamped Cross Stitch Kit

My cousin started this Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep project and I finished it, stitching well over three-fourths of it. I was about 8 years old and it was my first needlework project. I remember that I used a hoop and sharp needle. It was the beginning of my love affair with needlework in general and Cross Stitch in particular.
Advice
- I left the needle in the fabric for too long once and it left a rust stain.
- My mom was able to get most of it out using lemon juice.
- Even though most needles don't rust quickly now, it is still a good idea to either remove your needle when not stitching or to leave it on the edge of the fabric.
- Also, remove the project from the hoop when not in use.
