What I Created
This design is entitled "Face Painting 101" and it is a template for the painting of an admittedly off the wall face, inspired by the Duh One mystery pattern. The finished size of this piece is 6 3/8 inches by 4 3/4 inches.
Supplies Used
I used the given pattern elements in their original position and color and designed the painted face template around them. The background is 14 count antique white Aida and the stitching is done using the 10 DMC colors given. I also added black to the mix, because I can't do anything without it.
Advice
- Don't skip around from area to area when you stitch. Your filled in stitches won't lie as smoothly as the ones surrounding them.
