Dangers My Pets and Projects Faced - My Experience
I haven't had anything bad happen or almost happen, but I do have craft stuff in a lot of places around the house. I've had the occasional skein of yarn or jewelry item destroyed.
How I Protect My Pets and Projects
Containers are what I try to use a lot. For my crochet projects, I have a few small bags that I keep them in, and I can close them when I'm not working on them. I also don't leave them in an area that I think my animals can get into just the same. For my jewelry, my dogs just don't go into the rooms that have any jewelry stuff in there. My cats are pretty old so sleep most of the time, and while there are issues sometimes with them, it's not that common.
Advice
- If you can, work in room or leave work in a room that they can't get to. Close the door!
- Keep projects in containers (bags, boxes, etc.) that you can close the lid on.
