Start small!
- When I first started cross stitching, I picked up a huge kit that made like an 11 x 14 project. I gave up very quickly. I'd recommend starting with a bookmark or other small project. I was able to finish quickly and be proud, not to mention it gave me something to learn on that I wasn't upset about making mistakes.
